3. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these terms. Order confirmation via email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, contact, and payment information.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders of $50 USD or more. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations. Delivery times are estimates. Customs delays or local carrier issues are beyond our control.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy is designed for your complete satisfaction, balancing fairness with hygiene and safety.

Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Process: You must contact us first at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Cutlery & Knife Accessories (if used or opened)
• Food Storage Bags & Containers (if seal is broken)
• Kitchen & Table Linens / Kitchen Towels (if hygiene seal is removed or washed)
• Personalized/Custom items.

International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Figmint Sale Store and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
