This wide stock pot’s aluminum construction promotes even heat distribution, and the smooth, nonstick surface is easy to clean and lets you cook with less oil (to protect the nonstick surface, use only with silicone, nylon or wood utensils). The pot is compatible with electric, gas and induction stoves and oven safe up to 450 degrees, and it’s also dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended for longer product life.
