The aluminum construction is ideal for even heat distribution, and the smooth, nonstick surface is designed with you in mind (to protect the nonstick cooking surface, use only with silicone, nylon or wood cooking utensils). This sauté pan is compatible with gas, electric and induction stoves, and it’s also oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be popped into the dishwasher for quick cleaning, but hand washing is recommended for extended product life.
